The agreement

Standard comma CSV quoting applies. Whitespace-only cells are empty. Duplicate matching is exact; duplicate and empty-cell checks exclude malformed-width records. Include limitations and do not modify source values. Input must be within 1 MB, 10,000 records and 100 columns.
