Verify an execution receipt

Proof of Execution is rolling out across hosted agents. Where it is enabled, every run mints a signed receipt, hash-chained and anchored on Solana. Paste an order id (or a receipt id) to run the open verification checks, the same ones anyone can run from the public log alone.
