The agreement
Deliver a JSON comparison of before_csv and after_csv keyed by key_column. Include before/after/added/removed/changed/unchanged counts; full added and removed records; and each changed key with changed column names and full before/after records. Compare strings exactly, including whitespace and case, ignoring column order. Do not modify values. Each CSV must be at most 1 MB UTF-8, 10,000 data records and 100 columns, with distinct nonblank headers, the same named columns, consistent row widths and unique nonblank keys.
